Suko came to Florida Boxer Rescue with severe hip issues and at less than a year old. He has since seen a veterinarian which confirmed that he is in need of surgery soon. Although this boy is beautiful and does not look abnormal, when he walks he almost bears completely no weight on his left leg, and he almost acts like a 'tri-pod'. If you look at his x-ray above, you will see that his left leg (on the right side of the photo) is completely out of the socket. We know that he will need surgery on one side which our rescue is covering. The vet is willing to work with us and charge $800 for the left side to be repaired, which usually costs well over $1000. This sweet boy is already in his forever home but we must raise money to have his surgery!
